Reporting to Latam General Manager, their main responsibilities will be:
- Manage a team of 6 Area Sales Manager;
- Manage 3 Franchise Market responsibles for Each Product Line;
- Lead the Market Access Manager;
- Organize the rotation plan and the schedule of coverage for executives and APM;
- Be responsible for both of sales and marketing;
- Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and expense control;
- Communicate the company compliance regulations to the Team;
- Ensure proper preparation of the marketing plans for designated product(s);
- Set up KPIs to appraise staff's performance.

We a are looking for degrees in Business Administration or similar Careers, an MBA is preferred, Experience at least 3 - 5 years at management level in similar positions in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Open minded, services minded, strong business orientation. Advanced English is a must.
