Reporting to the Regional Director its main responsabilities will be:

1) Establishes clear understanding of accounts current business conditions, competition, suppliers, and organizational structure;

-Develops a detailed understanding of the customer's business strategy;

-Prepares a detailed business plan to address how the company can best meet the customer´s needs;

-Develops an action plan based on the business plan;

-Monitors and reports progress of the plan on a regular basis;

-Develops long term relationships with key decision makers within the account to build understanding of business needs and potential solutions;

-Develops and delivers the company's Value Proposition to the customer acting as host and facilitator for developing relationships between company executives and equivalent levels of management within the account;

-Focuses on early identification and positioning on major projects achieving maximum company content

2) Develops the overall strategic program for the accounts with Divisions and all levels of the sales force involved with the others markets;

-Forms account teams and coordinates activities within the account;

-Communicates the status of account development with Divisions and Sales organizations on a regular basis;

-Provides forecast, booking and sales report information to Division and Sales organizations;

-Monitors the effect of pricing and discounting policies;

-Proposes specific programs within the Divisions to meet customer's needs;

-Works with Divisions to streamline customer and Division business process.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

We are looking for professional graduates with a Engineer degree, with at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Account Manager or Sales Manager positions and more than 10 years in the telecommunications industry from a carrier or service provider. It´s key to tolerate the ambiguity and adapt quickly to the new fast moving challenges that could be faced. History of strong leadership and a collaborative attitude is a plus. Advanced English is essential.
