Reporting to the Service Director, the main responsibilities will be to:
Plan, prepare, and manage projects from beginning to end by reviewing project requirements, setting up projects and mapping POs, and managing project cost and execution;
Serve as the primary customer interface and communicate with the Customer Service Manager;
Review and verify the forecast to maximize utilization and meet catalog targets;
Review contracts and negotiate terms and conditions;
Communicate with Field Service Coordinators, Resource Managers, EHS Managers, and Staff Project Managers to update the job status and ensure project success;
Lead daily project execution to maintain project accountability and ensure project financial closure and success;
Review revenue pacing and billing and approve supplier invoices;
Lead shift handover review sessions to improve the effectiveness of future projects;
Interview candidates and assess job qualifications to assist with the recruitment and hiring processes;
Ensure EHS standards at site are met by working with the EHS manager support and EHS technicians at site.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
We are looking for candidates with bachelor degree or equivalent in related field with minimum three to five years project management experience; experience in power generation or technical industry is desired. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time sensitive deadlines. English proficiency and some travel required.
