Descripción

Lead CRM implementations and initiatives for Americas division. Assist directly in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

* Establishing best standards and processes of entering data in the CRM, supporting business behavior and technical landscape.

* Spot and define ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks. Facilitate, inspire, lead, and work with the Key Stakeholders team to develop, support and evaluate new ways of working with CRM.

* Support definition and customization of dashboards and reports on CRM that will support business continuity and CRM adoption.

* Analyze CRM data to suggest and help determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to.

* Facilitate constant and periodic training and user guides that will help business to increase their knowledge on how to use the CRM.

* Ability to identify when it would be beneficial to integrate the CRM with other platforms to improve business efficiency and innovation.

* Manage the overall relationship with the business and work in partnership with key stakeholders to accomplish customer first strategy and CRM adoption. * Constantly measures the satisfaction level of internal customer.

* Interface with other IS internal functions like operations, business systems, help desk, and Group IT ensuring the proper coordination and support is given.

Perfil buscado

Five (5) to seven (7) years degree related to information technology.
* 5+ years of proven experience working with CRM technology and methodology:
o MB-910T00-A: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
o PL-200/210 | Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate
o PL-200/220 | Dynamics 365 for Marketing Functional Consultant Associate
o PL-200/230 | Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
o PL-200/240 | Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate
* Proven high proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills. A strategic thinker focused on business value results that utilize technical solutions.
* Sufficient working knowledge of IT responsibilities, operations, processes, and procedures.
* Highly skilled at creating business requirements documents, as is and to be process maps, user acceptance test and change plans.
* Five (5) years of experience in project management techniques, including project planning and estimations, and status reporting.
* Bilingual: English and Spanish; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Portuguese is a plus
