 Full P&L Channel Accountability
 Develop and implement commercial strategies for Direct to Consumer Channel in Argentina (ecommerce
and physical stores) according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
 Propose, plan, organize and control all the on-line and off-line commercial initiatives and their
execution, evaluating results and new business opportunities
 Assess the needs and degree of satisfaction of users, interpret the data and stablish continuous
improvement as best practices for the commercial team and the teams that provide services for the
D2C channel (IT, supply chain, consumer care, etc.).
 Create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
 Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
 Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, brand, product, sales, customer service, supply chain, sales
operations, demand planning, etc.)
 Monitor performance of business activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior
 Propose, plan and control automation initiatives for repetitive task or reports that could be handled by
tableau or power bi (or other tool) and be available 24/7.
 Assist in setting commercial and financial targets, budget and cost related with Channel
 Select the best profiles in the market to ensure that their direct reports are immediate replacements
for their own position, either in the same cluster or in any other cluster in the region.
 Ensure that their direct reports build their teams with the same premise, selecting the best resources
in the market, attracting talents who have the medium and long-term strategy in mind and who match
with the values of the team and the company.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Education & ExperienceREQUIRED:
 English (Cambi >= 3);
 Spanish (native)
 Degree with focus on Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and
 Proven experience (+3 years) managing retail business
 Proven experience (+3 years) managing e-commerce businesses achieving consistent business and
operation results
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build a consensus among
 A strong analytical mind and a data driven mindset
 Proven experience in Sales, acting as generalist to lead and persuade cross functional areas

 Portuguese (basic or intermediate)
 Previous experience in opening new branches, searching for new locations and hiring in different cities
within the country.
 Previous experience working with similar markets or managing similar product categories.
 Experience working with 2 reports (funcional and operacional) will be a plus
 Experience working with a regional structure.
 Enjoys working in the gray or unknown - defining the undefined, and comfortable to challenge the
status quo
 Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational
levels both in person and remotely
