Descripción

  • Process Development:
    1. New process development or refining existing ones for manufacturing optimisation and enhanced plant reliability
    2. Improvement in yields through alternate materials, process and machinery aimed at reducing manufacturing bottlenecks
    3. Improving reactor (water cooled/gas based) technologies
    4. Capability development for Plant Process Managers
  • Product Development:
    1. Design and development newer product offerings in line with customer requirements
    2. Formulation of compositions to offer differentiated products and alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently
    3. Lead and mentor external stakeholders for RM supply in line with production requirements
  • Quality Improvement:
    1. Strategize the internal QMS metrics to integrate with the organisation's long term strategy
    2. Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
  • Management:
    1. Be in the forefront to drive process and product strategies along with the top executive management
    2. Front end technical discussions for external associations in the space of Carbon Black
