Descripción

  • Execute HR policies, cascade change and escalate issues
  • Ensure implementation of global/local policies and guidelines
  • Prepare and challenge annual recruitment plan
  • Implement development/training programs
  • Lead local People Reviews and succession planning process
  • Execute performance and C&B processes and guidelines
  • Propose local annual increase budget to Corporate
  • Contribute to the design of local HR cockpit and monitor local & global HR cockpits with local management team
  • Manage day-to-day/tactical organizational changes to leverage organizational effectiveness
  • Review workforce planning annually

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • More than5 years in similar positions
  • Graduate in Hr, psychology or similar careers
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to suggest tools, processes or practices improvements
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, in particular Talent Q
  • Good knowledge of employment laws in order to ensure that the country is compliant
