  • Lead the administration of policies, processes, and programs covering recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training, employee performance, and labor relations.
  • Ensure consistency in the application of human resources practices and policies.
  • Develop new human resources policies, review existing ones, integrate corporate guidelines into the organization, and communicate these changes to the relevant employee populations.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators to drive functional and business performance improvements related to human resources, recommend actions, and implement changes.

Perfil buscado

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or other related area.
    • +5 years' experience in HR with emphasis in labor relations, including a minimum of 3 years management experience (generalist role) preferably in unionized environments
