  • The role focuses on supporting growing markets such as Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Sweden..., managing relationships with approximately 15 franchise partners and 100 restaurants across diverse countries.
  • Visiting restaurants, manage and develop franchise operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor franchise performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchise partners to enhance operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies across all franchise locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders. Franchisees vary significantly in size, from small operators to large groups.
  • Prepare and present reports on franchise performance and achievements.

Perfil buscado

A successful International Franchise Business Leader should have:

  • 5 years proven expertise in QSR franchise operations leading International markets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage franchise relationships.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and market analysis.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational improvement.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies.
  • Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English.
