Descripción

  • Partnering with end users, vendors, partner teams (global and regional), and key stakeholders to oversee plans, designs and development, and implementation of meaningful learning experiences that contribute to sustained development that aligns to PageGroup purpose and strategic goals.
  • Ensuring a range of learning approaches to support independent, social, classroom, and team-based learning
  • Taking lead responsibility for overseeing the execution of the delivery processes for assigned global learning programs, teaming with the Program and Project Managers, SME (Subject Matter Experts), and others as appropriate and properly leveraging Talent Development resources in accordance with strategy
  • Continually measuring the ROI of all content, identifying trends and insights to make updates/improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Creating and maintaining an effective internal network of others supporting employee and/or new-employee L&D, to learn about and collectively address gaps and overlaps, and with those developing and delivering learning experiences (strategy, technology, operations) to ensure agile and informed execution
  • Updating and adjusting learning journeys at all levels of the organization
  • Creating compelling cases for strategic change and seeking sponsorship
  • Managing program budget and multiple workstreams end-to-end
  • Perform other job-related duties / projects as assigned

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • 5+ years professional experience in corporate learning and/or leadership and development, talent management, higher education, or related business roles
  • Demonstrated passion for learning, helping others learn and grow
  • Proven completely customer mindset and the ability to analyze, identify and innovate to meet business and customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across a broad range of roles and stakeholders to effectively understand and manage multiple perspectives, create clarity, influencing in ambiguous situations, and achieve an established outcome
  • Project and program management skills and the ability and desire to implement large, complex programs to broad, diverse, and regional audiences
  • Fluency in English
  • Deep commitment to creative problem solving and systems thinking
