Descripción

Your tasks will include, but not be Limited to:

  • Work with partners, marketing and technical teams to manage and grow the revenue of the industry company.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  • Develop and execute against a plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business with prospects.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the company technology.
  • Analyze metrics data from the accounts to help evolve your business plan.
  • Help contribute to long-term relationships with key accounts in your industry.
  • When appropriate, assist partners on joint selling opportunities.
  • Manage the relationship with the Partners (Business Partners) according to the unique context of each one of them.
  • Be a global "Trusted Advisor" of the business (Sales, HR, Finance and Marketing)
  • Possess great capacity to coordinate and make available resources and teams, both from the company (Pre-sales, Support, Marketing, Portfolio) and from the Partners.
  • Weekly Forecast Management and Review.
  • Develop a Commercial and Technical Plan, with a focus on the specialization of a portion of the Portfolio and subsequent certification.
  • Develop Strategic accounts and co-selling with Partners.
  • Possess the capacity to develop businesses in Greenfield territories/industries.
  • Ability to segment the profile and prioritize the management of each one of the Partners.
  • Promote synergy between the different Partners of the Region.
  • Perform Sales Coaching to Sales Executives of the Partners.
  • Work in teams made up of people with very varied profiles.
  • Periodic business trips to follow up and support our partners (Chile)

We are looking for

  • A candidate with technical background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or bachelor's degree in Business, with commercial scope and business development with C-level stakeholders experience.
  • Between 5 and 8 years of relevant work experience in sales and Channel Management in the Software industry.
  • knowledge of the manufacturing industry in general.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced English.
  • Proven track record of achievement within a partner ecosystem
  • Great management and strategic thinking skills
  • Region is defined by the countries Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.
  • Relevant experiences in Argentina and Chile is a differential, available for periodic visit business trips in these countries.
