Descripción

Your tasks will include, but not be Limited to:

  • Develop and execute against a plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business with prospects.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around the company technology.
  • Analyze metrics data from the accounts to help evolve your business plan.
  • Help contribute to long-term relationships with key accounts in the industry.
  • Possess great capacity to coordinate and make available resources and teams.
  • Possess the capacity to develop businesses in Latam (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia)
  • Market actions to attract customers with needs in KYC (Know Your Customer), KYT (Know Your Transaction) and Fraud Prevention processes.
  • Work in teams made up of people with very varied profiles.


  • Promote company products and services and develop plans and strategies.
  • Organize and maintain sales operations, also manage sales budget.


  • Take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff and develop sales training programs.


  • Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals.


  • Monitor market and competitor activity.


  • Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs.


  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.


  • Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly.


  • Work closely with the marketing department.


  • Monitor customer activity.


  • Communicate and foster relationships with clients.


  • According to the company's overall sales strategy, organize to formulate market segment.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Basic qualifications

  • Verbal communication for sales actions.
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders to execute plan.
  • >4 years in Sales with business development core.
  • Demonstrate Leadership roles as a Team Leader - Sales Leader - B2B Sales.
  • SaaS and fintech company experience. (must have)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond in Spanish and English. Both must be spoken well (Must have) - Portuguese language (will be considered as a plus)
  • Experience in KYC (Know your customer), KYT (Know Your Transaction) & Fraud Prevention within wallets and exchanges (as a plus)
  • Experience in B2B sales within the LatAm region
