Descripción

  • Administrative Supplier Qualification & Selection: Identify and qualify suppliers in accordance with the company's administrative standards, selecting vendors through price comparison, bidding processes, and negotiation.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Lead performance evaluations of administrative suppliers, leveraging results to improve performance or drive supplier replacement when needed.
  • Procurement Process Execution: Optimize global and regional procurement processes, applying best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of local administrative procurement.
  • Category Leadership: Manage procurement strategy, supplier qualification, selection, and performance for assigned administrative service categories, acting as the local reference for compliance and process excellence.

Perfil buscado

The ideal candidate is a seasoned procurement professional with strong experience in IFM, facility management, and administrative logistics services, including hotels, vehicles, and other non‑production categories.

They bring solid knowledge of indirect procurement, particularly in bidding processes, supplier qualification, contract management, KPI‑driven performance management, cost analysis, and TCO principles.

Strong command of ERP and procurement IT tools is also expected.

They demonstrate a proactive, high‑ownership mindset, excelling under pressure and within competitive, fast‑paced environments.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage complex procurement projects are essential.

The successful applicant holds a Bachelor's degree, is experienced as a lead buyer or procurement project manager, is fully proficient in English and Spanish (Chinese is a plus), and is fully available to work 100% on‑site.
