The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing the Enterprise Solutions Marketing Strategy, with a focus on localisation and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across LATAM and North America. This role will manage campaign execution to drive and optimise lead generation using multiple marketing channels, collaborating closely with the Marketing Delivery team and local Marketing teams.

Descripción

  • Work closely with the Marketing Delivery team and local LATAM and North America marketing teams to execute the regional Enterprise Solutions marketing plan.
  • Localise quarterly flagship campaigns and coordinate timely deployment in partnership with CRM and Social Media teams.
  • Drive B2B lead generation for the region through CRM, digital media, and events.
  • Nurture key global customer contacts ensuring direct outreach for events and webinar.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and regional case studies.
  • Produce localised market insights to support marketing strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to optimise lead generation activity across all markets.
  • Using Canva or other design tools create sales collateral, social media asset and powerpoint documents.
  • Drive the creation of internal communications content and townhall decks.
  • Using GA4 and other data sources develop and maintain marketing performance reports

Perfil buscado

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Fluency in English
  • Portugues (Plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in optimising lead generation activity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Canva or other design tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and extract meaningful insights.
  • GA4 proficiency
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently within an international and multicultural team.
